Private Sessions/Yoga Therapy
Private yoga sessions are a way to receive the individual attention you can’t easily get in a classroom setting. There are several Svaroopa® yoga techniques available to help heal your body on all levels. You will work with your yoga therapist to define attainable goals and use Svaroopa® yoga to acheive them.
Yoga therapy involves poses, pranayama (breath work), asana (poses) with precise alignments and gentle presses or Embodyment® yoga therapy – all done in the Svaroopa® style of yoga with support giving you the release your body needs. Unlike physical therapy, the healing in your body is more organic and permanent, treating the cause of your pain rather than the symptoms.
*To receive the multiple session rate, payment in full is due at first session. Payment plans are available.
